Here’s how it works

We start with a free introductory call. No pressure, just a conversation. We’ll get to know each other, see if there’s a personal connection, and decide if this feels useful to you.

I believe in keeping things simple. That’s why I use a flexible “punch card” system: you decide how many hours of mentoring you'd like to purchase. Want to start small? Totally fine. Feel like we’re a good match and ready to commit? Then I’ll show my appreciation with a discount. It’s your call.

In my experience, it works best to plan at least one session per month — to track progress and reflect on whatever’s on the table. Need more or less? Also fine. This is your process, so it should work on your terms.

Each session, we schedule a call. You set the agenda. I listen, ask questions, and share how I’d approach the situation.

And between calls? I’ll follow up on what we discussed, check in when needed, and offer a bit of encouragement to keep you sharp.

Oh, and whenever you have a question — I’m always available via WhatsApp or email. I promise to respond super fast.

Who will you be working with...

Hi, I’m Ralph — founder of Guram. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but life eventually brought me to Spain, where I now live with my family in my wife’s home country.

My entrepreneurial journey started in 2008, when I co-founded a company and began building a portfolio of websites. What began as a side hustle slowly grew into a thriving digital marketing agency. Over the years, we built an incredible team of dedicated professionals and worked with amazing clients.

In 2022, we received an offer to sell the company — and after a lot of consideration, we decided to go for it. For the first time in 17 years, I had a completely open agenda. That space gave me time to reflect. Fortunately, I’ve always kept journals throughout my entrepreneurial journey. They’ve taught me so much — about the highs and the lows, and the many lessons in between.

I’m a big believer in building a business you can feel truly proud of — whatever that means for you. It’s different for everyone. That’s why I often say: let’s build a business that doesn’t just make money, but one you’re proud of from the deepest part of your heart. That’s how I’ve always tried to build — with strong values, a clear personality, and a culture that forms the foundation of it all.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking in the mountains, spending time with my family, or traveling. I also love diving into a good business book (yes, that’s my idea of fun), or working on my visual storytelling skills.
