We start with a free introductory call — no pressure, just a conversation. We’ll get to know each other and see if there’s a personal connection to work from.
A coaching process based on four key elements:
- You as a person: because the business is built on you. Who you are, what you care about, and how you work best.
- Your business today: assessed with my “Restaurant Fixer” method. We take a good, honest look at the state of things.
- The road ahead: together we shape the direction your business is heading.
- Your one-page gameplan: a clear and simple visual map that gives you vision and focus.
12 weeks. Step by step.
This 1:1 coaching program is with Ralph Wolbrink, founder of Guram. Over the course of 12 weeks, we work closely together to bring clarity, direction, and focus to your business.
- Once a week 45-60 minutes call to work through the program.
- Simple but important exercises to help you reflect, plan and take action between calls.
- Reach out via WhatsApp or email anytime during the program for feedback, quick questions or encouragement.
I’ll guide you, challenge you, and support you — but this only works if you’re ready to show up with real dedication.
Important note: This is not a crash course or a get-rich-quick promise. If you're looking for a “hit 25K a month in 30 days” kind of solution, I’m not your guy. But if you believe in building something real — steady, healthy, and grounded in values — we’re probably a good match.

A bit about me
Hi, I’m Ralph, the founder of Guram. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but life eventually brought me to Spain, where I now live with my family in my wife’s home country.
My entrepreneurial journey began in 2008, when I co-founded a company with a good friend, building a portfolio of websites. What started as a side hustle eventually grew into a thriving digital marketing agency. Over the years, we built an incredible team of dedicated professionals and worked with amazing clients. In 2022, we received an offer to sell the company — and after a lot of consideration, we decided to go for it.
Throughout my journey as an entrepreneur, journaling, deep thinking, and a strong eagerness to learn have been my secret weapons. For over 15 years, I’ve used journaling to reflect on challenges, celebrate wins, and capture valuable lessons. Looking back, I can see how much it has helped me grow — not just as a founder, but as a person. Those journals are still full of insights I continue to learn from today.
I’m a big believer in building a business that makes you feel proud — whatever that means for you. It’s different for every individual. That’s why I use this phrase: let’s build a business that doesn’t just make money, but one you’re proud of from the deepest part of your heart.
