1:1 Coaching on demand. Your advice line when you need it.
You're building something important. You’re leading a team, making decisions, juggling a hundred things — and doing it all while carrying the weight of the unknowns.
Some months everything clicks. Other times, you’re stuck with a tricky decision, or you just want to talk something through with someone who’s not inside your business.
I work with founders and leaders who don’t necessarily need a coach every week, but like having a steady, trusted person to talk to once in a while — when things feel fuzzy, when a decision is looming, or just when there’s a lot on your mind.
Sometimes you just need someone outside the room.
If one or more of these sounds familiar, we should talk:
- You sometimes wish you had a neutral sounding board to run ideas by.
- You’re leading a team and want to talk through people challenges or dynamics.
- You're not looking for a full-time coach, but value regular reflection and perspective.
- You have decisions to make, and want to sense-check your thinking.
- You’re navigating growth and want someone who understands what that feels like.

Here’s how it works
We start with a free introductory call. No pressure, just a conversation. We’ll get to know each other, see if there’s a personal connection, and decide if this feels useful to you.
From there, we agree on a half-year setup—something flexible and light. You get a set number of hours you can use however you want. If you feel like you need a chat, just reach out and we schedule a call. You set the agenda. I listen, ask questions, and share how I’d approach the situation.
We can also set up a regular rhythm if that suits you better. Some prefer a monthly check-in, others prefer on-demand. It’s up to you. I’m here to support you in the way that works best for you.
And between calls? I’m available for quick questions, feedback or encouragement via WhatsApp or email.
Language note: I can coach you in English 🇬🇧 or Dutch 🇳🇱.
Pick what works for you.
Everyone’s rhythm is different. Some founders want a regular check-in, others just need a trusted person on standby. Pick the version that fits your pace and your needs.

Not sure what fits? Let’s talk. We can always start small and grow from there. Send me a message or book a short intro call. No strings attached. Just a conversation to see if this could be useful for you.

A bit about me
Hi, I’m Ralph, the founder of Guram. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but life eventually brought me to Spain, where I now live with my family in my wife’s home country.
My entrepreneurial journey began in 2008, when I co-founded a company with a good friend, building a portfolio of websites. What started as a side hustle eventually grew into a thriving digital marketing agency. Over the years, we built an incredible team of dedicated professionals and worked with amazing clients. In 2022, we received an offer to sell the company — and after a lot of consideration, we decided to go for it.
Throughout my journey as an entrepreneur, journaling, deep thinking, and a strong eagerness to learn have been my secret weapons. For over 15 years, I’ve used journaling to reflect on challenges, celebrate wins, and capture valuable lessons. Looking back, I can see how much it has helped me grow — not just as a founder, but as a person. Those journals are still full of insights I continue to learn from today.
I’m a big believer in building a business that makes you feel proud — whatever that means for you. It’s different for every individual. That’s why I use this phrase: let’s build a business that doesn’t just make money, but one you’re proud of from the deepest part of your heart.
